How to bulk delete Google Workspace user aliases with OK Goldy

Want to delete multiple Google Workspace user aliases? Since deleting them one by one using the default Google Workspace dashboard interface can be quite time consuming, you can use the OK Goldy add-on to bulk delete Google Workspace user aliases. Here is how to do it.

1 Select the “13. Delete User Aliases” worksheet.

2 Enter the emails and their aliases that you want to delete.

Please note that I have also entered a non-existent alias (highlighted) to show you how the add-on responds to a non-existent alias.

3 Execute the “13. Delete User Aliases” module using the following command path:

Add-ons >> OK Goldy >> Alias Manager >> 13. Delete User Aliases

The success status shows you how many aliases were deleted.

The highlighted alias “doesnotexist@goldyarora.com” was not deleted because it was not found.
