Bulk Suspend Google Workspace Users with Ok Goldy

In this section you will learn how to suspend multiple users in your Google Workspace account in bulk.

There might be many reasons to bulk suspend users in your Google Workspace account.

Some users might be acting naughty. Or maybe, it’s Halloween.

Suspending users means that they cannot access their emails and other functions associated with their accounts. This is normally done when you don’t want to delete users, you just want them not to be able to access the Google Workspace accounts temporarily.

Make sure OK Goldy is already installed

This tutorial assumes that you have already installed the OK Goldy add-on for Google Workspace and there is at least one uses existing in your Google Workspace account upon whom suspension can be applied.

1 In your Google Workspace account, open the Google Sheet document where you installed the OK Goldy add-on.

2 Select the “3. Suspend Users” worksheet.

3 Enter email ids of all the users you want to suspend– since every user is identifiable by a unique email ID, this is the only bit of information you need to enter.
